This elegant apartment in Madrid’s vibrant Chueca neighbourhood puts you in an ideal position to experience the best of the city’s entertainment, history and culture. Beautiful upholstery and classic decor make a refined statement in the living area where shelves stacked with books invite you to enjoy some quiet reading on the sofa. Alternatively, pour yourself a glass of wine and perch by the French windows’ Juliet balconies for some excellent people watching. We love the dining area with its bird feature wall and the sleek kitchen that’s all set to help you cook up a homemade tapas feast. The two bedrooms, meanwhile, are stylish and comfortable with the main bedroom boasting a luxurious en-suite complete with a shower and bathtub – the ideal spot to retreat in the evening with a glass of bubbly for a long, relaxing soak. Outside of your home, you’ve got plenty to see and do within easy reach, including countless cosy sidewalk cafes, tapas bars, restaurants and boutiques on your doorstep, as well as the city’s main shopping street – Gran Vía – a four-minute walk away. Elsewhere, bustling Puerta del Sol is a ten-minute walk, Plaza Mayor is a fifteen-minute stroll and the Royal Palace of Madrid is twenty minutes away on foot.
